Returns & Refunds Policy

Because every number plate we make is custom-manufactured to the exact vehicle registration and specifications you provide at checkout, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and entered production.

Under UK law (the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013), the standard 14-day right to cancel does not apply to goods made to a consumer's specifications or clearly personalised — this includes custom number plates.

Please double-check before ordering. Once production begins, we're unable to make changes to registration, spacing, style, or any other detail — it's your responsibility to confirm these are correct at checkout.

Faulty or incorrect items

This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights. If your order arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or manufactured incorrectly due to our error (wrong registration, style, or spacing that doesn't match what you submitted), you're entitled to a free replacement, repair, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at ppuksupport@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
