These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase made through it. By placing an order with PlatePlug UK, you agree to these terms.

Products
We manufacture and supply UK number plates (Standard, 3D Gel, 4D Acrylic, and Ghost styles). All plates are made to order to the registration, spacing, and style details you provide at checkout.

Your responsibility to check your order
You are responsible for ensuring that the vehicle registration, character spacing, and other details you submit are correct and that you are legally entitled to have plates made displaying that registration. We are not liable for errors in the information you provide, and once production has begun we are unable to make changes — see our Refund Policy for details.

Proof of entitlement
UK law requires registered number plate suppliers to verify a customer's entitlement to a registration before supplying plates. We may ask you to provide proof (such as your V5C logbook or new keeper slip) before your order is produced or dispatched.

Road legality
All plates we supply are manufactured to comply with British Standard BS AU 145e, including correct font, spacing, and supplier marking. It remains your responsibility to ensure the plate is fitted and displayed correctly on your vehicle in accordance with DVLA requirements.

Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken in full at the time of order.

Order acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we are unable to verify your entitlement to a registration, at our discretion, with a full refund issued in that case.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or products purchased through it. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
